Biography

Casey L. Cirner practices in the areas of land use, zoning, municipal law, real estate and appellate litigation.  

Casey's clients are residential and commercial developers, builders and property owners that she represents through the various development approval processes, including:

  • Rezoning
  • Master planning
  • Special exception (conditional use)
  • Variances
  • Annexation
  • Permitting 
  • Historic preservation

She assists various clients in public and private sectors with real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating:

  • Commercial and residential (new home and resale) contracts and disclosures

  • Covenants

Casey performs development feasibility studies and counsels clients in boundary, quiet title and easement disputes.
