Biography

Sara Reznicek helps clients navigate complex business transactions efficiently and cost-effectively, demystifying sophisticated legal matters in the process.

She advises on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, corporate governance, business entity formation and drafting and negotiation of partnership and operating agreements, as well as commercial arrangements.

Sara’s transactional practice encompasses a wide range of industries, with extensive experience working with medical practices, hospitals, government contractors and technology and cyber companies. She assists clients at every phase of their business life cycle, working closely with them to achieve their business and legal objectives.

Sara graduated in 2008 magna cum laude from Creighton University School of Law, where she was editor-in-chief of the Creighton University Law Review, and is a 2006 summa cum laude graduate from Creighton University College of Business Administration.
