The Miles & Stockbridge Opportunity Zone Team is comprised of lawyers from the Corporate, Tax, Affordable Housing & Community Development and Real Estate Practice Groups, which allows us to provide a holistic approach to advising our clients on the law. The Miles & Stockbridge team was an early adopter, recognizing the potential significance of the Opportunity Zone law, and has since followed the legislation closely, establishing themselves as thought leaders on the legislation—not only through written publications and speaking engagements that address the intricacies and potential benefits of the law, but most importantly by helping our clients navigate the, at times, murky waters regarding the application of the law.
