Biography

William M. Davidow is a business lawyer representing government contractors, technology businesses, healthcare organizations, construction companies and businesses from numerous other industries at all stages of the business lifecycle.

This includes the raising of capital, structuring and formation of new business ventures, tax planning, employment issues, deferred compensation, stock appreciation rights plans, corporate governance, financial restructuring and complex corporate and partnership transactions, including, in particular, mergers and acquisitions. 

Recent Matters

  • Represented Power Solutions in its $2 billion sale to Dycom Industries, Inc.
  • Represented a business engaged in systems engineering and solutions in the missile defense, space and intelligence markets in a merger with a portfolio company of a private equity group
  • Represented a multi-office medical-specialty practice and ambulatory care center in a part sale/part rollover with a national portfolio company of a private equity firm
