Biography
William M. Davidow is a business lawyer representing government contractors, technology businesses, health care organizations, construction companies and businesses from numerous other industries at all stages of the business lifecycle.
This includes the raising of capital, structuring and formation of new business ventures, tax planning, employment issues, deferred compensation, stock appreciation rights plans, corporate governance, financial restructuring, and complex corporate and partnership transactions, including, in particular, mergers and acquisitions.
