Alex Brown represents mortgage lenders in commercial real estate financing transactions on properties across the country under various programs, including loans to be purchased by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac.

Alex has extensive experience closing loans with a variety of borrower structures, including Delaware Statutory Trusts. Alex has also closed many loans under various Texas tax exemption affordable housing structures, including Section 392 Housing Authority and Section 394 Housing Finance Corporation.

Alex previously counseled lenders in connection with commercial real estate loan originations including both commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and balance sheet transactions for various property types.
