Biography
Amy Connelly represents mortgage lenders in commercial real estate financing transactions under various programs, including loans to be purchased by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac and loans made under conventional loan programs.
She has experience in representing lenders in bridge financing, acquisition financing and existing project refinancing. Amy also provides advice to mortgage lenders on doing business and licensing requirements in various states.
