Biography

Andrew Rogers represents lenders in connection with commercial real estate financing transactions.

He focuses primarily on the financing of affordable, market-rate and seniors multifamily projects with loans originated under the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting Service (DUS) program and the Freddie Mac Capital Markets Execution program. 

Andrew also advises lenders in connection with:

  • loans originated under their multifamily bridge loan programs.
  • forward commitment transactions.
  • various servicing matters related to existing Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and other types of multifamily loans.
