Biography

Andy Mathews assists clients in all phases of the construction process, from pre-bid development and contracting through close-out and, where necessary, conflict resolution.

He represents developers, owners, banks, hospitals, contractors and sub-contractors in contract negotiations, prosecuting and defending mechanic’s liens, payment and performance bond claims, dispute resolution and litigation. 

In addition to construction law, Andy also regularly handles complex commercial litigation matters, including landlord/tenant issues, contract disputes and other commercial law.

Andy has been included in The Best Lawyers in America® for Commercial Litigation since 2024.
