- Obtained dismissal of multimillion-dollar defamation action at pretrial stage in Virginia state court, along with ordered attorneys’ fees under Virginia's anti-SLAPP statute.
- Won directed verdict for multinational asbestos product manufacturer following direct examination of plaintiff’s lead causation expert, who was kept from offering his opinion due to intense objections during his testimony.
- Defended major retailer in sexual assault trial with verdict coming in at 1/100th of last demand. The perpetrator/employee pleaded guilty and was incarcerated at time of trial.
- Won defense verdicts in two separate trials for a custom motorcycle repair shop following claimed malfunction of cycle upgrades.
