Biography

Casey Holloway represents clients in a variety of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing.

Casey has experience negotiating and drafting commercial real estate purchase agreements, sale agreements, operating agreements and amendments, partnership agreements and leases. She has also handled sale-leaseback and financing transactions. Casey works with national retail clients, restaurant and fitness chains, self-storage corporations and multifamily and mixed-use developers.

She previously practiced real estate law at Troutman Pepper.

Casey was selected as a 2024–2026 Fellow of the ABA’s Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section through its Young Lawyers Network Fellowship Program, an honor given to just 10 young lawyers nationwide each year. She graduated from Georgia State University’s College of Law, where she was a member of both Moot Court and the school’s Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court team.
