Biography
Chee Hung represents mortgage lenders in financing commercial real estate across the country, primarily on multifamily loans to be purchased or credit enhanced by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac.
She assists lenders with their conventional lending platforms, including construction loans, bridge loans and predevelopment loans. She focuses on both affordable housing and market-rate transactions that finance new construction, moderate and substantial rehabilitation, acquisition and refinance loans with various complex financing structures.
Chee also represents and advises lenders in various loan servicing matters.
