Biography

Devyn King represents clients in a variety of commercial real estate matters.

She assists with negotiating and drafting commercial real estate purchase agreements, sale agreements, partnership agreements and leases, as well as guides clients and their projects through various approval procedures.

She previously worked as a planner for Cecil County, Maryland, reviewing minor subdivision project proposals and major site plans to ensure compliance with the county’s zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations, as well as state environmental laws.

Devyn graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she served as editor-in-chief of the University of Baltimore Law Review. She was a 2023 summer associate at Miles & Stockbridge.
