This coming September, a statewide celebration once again kicks off the classical season. World-renowned cellist Yo-Yo Ma will join Jonathon Heyward, the Baltimore Symphony’s 13th Music Director, and your Baltimore Symphony Orchestra in two back-to-back special events: A Season Opening Celebration on Friday, September 20 at The Music Center at Strathmore; and the BSO’s Annual Gala on Saturday, September 21 at the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall.
