Henry "Hank" Abromson, a lawyer in the firm's Frederick office, will be presenting the "Essentials of Investment Due Diligence" at an event hosted by Miles & Stockbridge, the Frederick County Office of Economic Development and Mid-Atlantic Angels, LLC. Attendees will learn what investors really need to know, how to benefit from the real worlds of law and angel capital, how reduce the intimidation that can accompany due diligence, and how to balance risk/return in their portfolio.
