Program Description:

One of the key components of the Paycheck Protection Program (“PPP”) within the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (“CARES Act”) is the loan forgiveness component of the PPP loans. Despite this unprecedented financial relief package, small businesses are still struggling and loan forgiveness is critical for many of them. This program will look at the loan forgiveness provisions under the PPP, SBA guidance released to date regarding loan forgiveness, and what small businesses can be doing now to make sure they are in the best position to receive maximum loan forgiveness under the PPP.
