Service
Small & Disadvantaged Businesses
Our firm advises clients with respect to government programs for small and disadvantaged businesses offering goods and services to the federal government.
We assist clients with litigation before the Small Business Administration's Office of Hearings and Appeals, the Government Accountability Office and federal agencies responsible for administering small and disadvantaged business contracts.
We also counsel small and disadvantaged businesses such matters as compliance with the 8(a) Program, service-disabled veteran-owned and woman-owned businesses, teaming agreements and joint ventures that do not violate the rules involving large business participation, and size standard issues.
