Andrew Wahba and Adam Bartolanzo will be presenting “Demystifying Intellectual Property and Data Rights Negotiations” at the National Contract Management Association’s Government Contract Management Symposium. The session will include a workshop where participants will practice negotiating a mock subcontract agreement designed to help identify traps.
Andrew was asked by one of his clients, Iluminate, to present during the symposium, and he worked with Miles & Stockbridge’s government contracts team to bring Adam aboard.
Andrew and Adam will be joined by Cara Woodward, director of contracts at Illuminate.
