Pete Dungan, a principal in the firm’s Government Contracts practice group, will be participating in a panel discussion at the 2019 Professional Services Council Annual Conference titled “Use of Other Transactions: Information, Opportunities and Risks.”
Program Description:
The FY2019 National Defense Authorization Act included many changes related to OTAs. This panel will address the growing use of OTAs throughout the federal government, including successes and challenges and what companies should know and do about them. Panel members include OTA consortium leaders, DoD and non-DoD agencies using OTAs, and those overseeing OTA use.
