Karl Means presented on Contracts & Licensing to the Washington Area Lawyers for the Arts this week as part of their virtual six-part series on Legal Issues for Creative Entrepreneurs. Karl covered deals (offer, acceptance and consideration) licensing (ownership, contract considerations and royalties) and issues (remedies, deadlines, indemnification, governing law and limitations on remedies).
