Ambiguity In 'Buy America' Implementation May Slow Projects

Roger Abbott, Lauren Fleming and Karl Means wrote in Law360 about guidance issued to federal agencies on the Build America, Buy America Act, which imposes a government-wide preference for domestically produced iron and steel, manufactured products and construction materials in federal infrastructure projects.
