Lauren Keefe represents mortgage lenders in commercial real estate financing transactions on properties across the country under various programs, including loans to be purchased by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac.
She advises lenders in both market-rate and affordable-housing transactions that finance new construction, acquisition and refinance loans utilizing a variety of financing structures.
