Lisa C. Keenan

As a principal, leader of Miles & Stockbridge’s health care practice and co-leader of Miles & Stockbridge’s Corporate, Securities and Tax Practice Group, Lisa focuses her practice on helping health care clients achieve their business goals while maintaining compliance with complex federal and state health care regulations.

Lisa has provided clients with legal advice in areas that include compliance with federal and state health care regulations (including the Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark), government investigations, Medicare/Medicaid billing and reimbursement, negotiation of strategic alliances and partnerships and non-profit corporate governance. Lisa spends most of her time representing hospitals and health systems and their related affiliates such as hospices, nursing homes and assisted living, home health agencies, urgent care facilities, cancer centers and employed physician practices.
