Joe Beavers Admitted to American College of Coverage Counsel
Miles & Stockbridge is proud to congratulate Joe Beavers, co-leader of the firm’s litigation practice group, on becoming a fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC), an association representing the interests of insurers and policyholders in disputes arising out of insurance policies. Established in 2012, the ACCC is an invitation-only organization of senior lawyers in the United States and Canada who have devoted most of their practice to insurance disputes for 15 years or more.
Beavers has over two decades of experience as an insurance coverage litigator. He advises clients on, and litigates claims involving, virtually all lines of coverage, including directors and officers (D&O), errors and omissions (E&O), commercial general liability (CGL), property and business interruption, representations and warranties (RWI), cyber and crime. He also advises policyholders on obtaining and managing insurance assets.
Beavers has received the highest ranking from Chambers USA for insurance law and has been selected for inclusion in the area of insurance law by Best Lawyers in America since 2021.
