Mackenzie R. Tyler

Mackenzie Tyler assists clients with finance and real estate matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and construction financing.

Mackenzie previously was an associate at Dechert LLP in Charlotte, North Carolina. She completed a legal internship with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement in Washington, D.C. and has a background in private equity and securities.

Mackenzie graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she served on the staff of Wake Forest Law Review. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania.
