Biography
Matt Murcko helps clients in all aspects of commercial real estate finance.
He regularly assists lenders on construction and term loans, working capital loans and floor plan lines of credit for automobile dealership facilities nationwide. He also represents lenders and loan servicers in servicing multifamily loans, including loan assumptions and ownership transfers.
Matt has 30 years of experience assisting lenders and owners in various types of credit transactions, including secured and unsecured commercial credit facilities, real estate construction and permanent financing, working capital loan facilities, revolving lines of credit, workouts and restructurings, among other matters.
