  • Luminace Solar Maryland, LLC v. Tigo Energy, Inc., 2024 WL 1283329 (D. Md. 2024). Obtained dismissal of fraudulent concealment claim against client manufacturer of solar energy devices under FRCP 12(b)(6).
  • Jo Ann Allen v. AC&R Insulation Co., Inc., et al., Superior Court of the District of Columbia Case No. 2020 CA 003862 A (Jan. 31, 2024). Obtained summary judgment for client manufacturer of power generation turbines in “take-home” asbestos-related wrongful death claim based upon lack of tort duty under Maryland law (currently defending appeal).
  • Deatrice Thomas v. 3M Company, et al., Superior Court of the District of Columbia Case No. 2018 CA 005711 A (Jan. 13, 2020). Successfully defended client manufacturer of power generator turbines against wrongful death claim by obtaining summary judgment based on Maryland Statute of Repose.
  • Hailey v. Air & Liquid Systems Corp., et al., 2020 WL 4732141 (D. Md. 2020). Successfully defended defense contractor client against wrongful death claim by obtaining summary judgment based on insufficient evidence of causation.
  • Roland Eibl v. Union Carbide Corp., et al., Circuit Court for Baltimore City Case No. 24X17000226 (July 3, 2018). Obtained summary judgment for manufacturer client in asbestos-related mesothelioma claim by demonstrating that products at issue were asbestos-free.
  • Rhodes v. MCIC, Inc., et al., 2017 WL 25375 (D. Md. 2017). Obtained dismissal of wrongful death claim against defense contractor client with successful FRCP 12(c) motion for judgment on the pleadings.
