Miles & Stockbridge Health Care Team Expands With Addition of Celia Van Lenten
Miles & Stockbridge, a leading business law firm in the mid-Atlantic region, announced today that highly regarded health care lawyer Celia Van Lenten has joined the firm as a principal in its growing health care practice. In this move, Van Lenten rejoins her former Venable colleagues Lisa Keenan, a principal who leads the health care practice at Miles & Stockbridge, principal Molly E.G. Ferraioli, and her mentor, senior counsel Pete Parvis.
Van Lenten represents clients in the full spectrum of regulatory and transactional matters that arise in health care with niche practices in helping clients navigate and comply with HIPAA, HITECH and state privacy and data security laws and advising clients through health care contracting and mergers and acquisitions.

She serves on the board of directors for Special Olympics Maryland, Inc. and is very active in the alumni association of her alma mater Washington and Lee University for which she is a past president of the Baltimore chapter.
