Biography
Nicole Maerder represents mortgage lenders in a variety of commercial real estate financing transactions, including construction, refinancing and permanent financing, with a focus on multifamily and healthcare loans insured by the Federal Housing Administration.
Nicole previously worked in the Office of General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, advising the department on statutory and regulatory obligations related to transactional real estate financing matters, Section 8 voucher programs and community planning and development grant programs.
