Biography

Nicole Whitecar provides general corporate law advice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.

Niki represents business entities in transactional matters, ranging from entity formation to the sale or acquisition of a business, as well as in general business and corporate law matters.

With a background in the area of employment law, Niki has represented clients in a broad range of matters, including employment discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract, wage and hour, and wrongful discharge. Her education law practice includes advising on regulatory compliance and providing representation in litigation matters.

Before joining Miles & Stockbridge, Niki was a middle school math teacher and Manager of Teacher Leadership Development for Teach for America.
