Powell A. Wright

Powell Wright represents mortgage lenders in commercial real estate financing transactions across the country under various Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac programs with an emphasis on market rate and affordable transactions, including finance assumptions.

Powell previously represented commercial real estate purchasers, borrowers and sellers in a variety of transactions including land acquisitions and construction financing. He is also experienced in counseling homeowner, condominium and community associations on legal matters.

He started his legal career as summer associate and law clerk at Krooth & Altman.
