Dwight Stone Appointed Chair of DRI Commercial Litigation Committee
Miles & Stockbridge is proud to congratulate principal Dwight Stone for his appointment as Chair of the Commercial Litigation Committee of DRI | Lawyers Representing Business. DRI is the leading national organization of defense attorneys and in-house counsel.
Stone previously served as the vice-chair of the committee and program chair for the committee’s annual seminar. The committee includes attorneys who regularly litigate matters involving contract disputes, business torts, class actions and other business disputes. Stone’s practice also includes products liability matters and he regularly represents clients before the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission in connection with corrective action plans (recalls), civil penalties, and reports and investigations under the Consumer Product Safety Act.
