Biography

Ramin Nejad represents mortgage lenders in a variety of commercial real estate financing transactions, with an emphasis on loans made under Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily programs.

He has experience in conventional and affordable transactions involving 4% and 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), multilayer subordinate debt, preferred equity, forward commitment loan products, Section 8 HAP assistance, ground lease structures, student housing, tax-exempt bond (M.TEB) and various tax exemption, TIF, PILOT and other tax incentive programs available throughout the country.
