Biography
Sandra L. Howard represents financial institutions, regional and national developers, homebuilders, and other businesses on a broad range of commercial real estate matters.
She represents a number of local, regional and national lenders in real estate lending transactions. In addition, she represents regional and national developers in land acquisition, development, leasing, and related real estate matters. She also represents commercial landlords and business tenants in office, retail, and industrial leasing matters. Before joining Miles & Stockbridge, Sandy worked as a partner with Venable in the firm’s Real Estate practice.
