Kimberly F. Gilreath (Corporate – Tax) advises clients on a variety of federal and state tax issues in the areas of corporate, partnership, international and individual income tax. She focuses on transactional tax and regularly advises on mergers and acquisitions and business restructurings. 

Patrick F. Toohey (Litigation) represents clients in a variety of commercial and business litigation matters. He advises on issues related to complex commercial disputes, insurance coverage, product liability and mass torts, construction and real estate.
