Stewart R. Pollock

Stew Pollock litigates real estate, construction, commercial, business and product liability disputes across the country on behalf of businesses, individuals and government entities.

He regularly represents real estate buyers, sellers, agents, brokers and developers in a broad range of pre- and post-closing claims. He also advises general contractors, subcontractors, homeowners and property management companies on all matters, from breach of contract claims for non-payment of invoices to large-scale commercial and home renovation projects.

Stew also has handled class actions, multidistrict litigation and mass torts. He has defended products liability and toxic tort claims, litigating cases involving auto, agricultural and industrial component manufacturers.

A founding board member of the Virginia Cannabis Industry Association, Stew has guided clients through evolving state and federal marijuana regulations.

He is capital region director for the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys and an active member of the Richmond Bar Association.
