Victoria Skinner

Victoria Skinner represents businesses in a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. She also coordinates and performs due diligence, pre-closing preparation and post-closing integration activities.

She graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she was executive editor of the University of Baltimore Law Review. Prior to law school, Victoria worked in higher education where she coordinated student success operations, participated in university governance, and presented at regional conferences.
