Alexander P. Creticos

Alex Creticos is a litigator who focuses on high-stakes insurance recovery, environmental litigation and class actions.

He represents policyholders in insurance coverage matters, both advising clients regarding risk management and representing their interests in litigation. He handles both first- and third-party claims implicating all manner of insurance policies, including CGL, D&O, E&O, EPL, RWI, cyber, environmental, event cancellation, property, crime, life and disability.

Alex also has extensive environmental litigation experience, both defending companies against environmental claims and representing them in cost-recovery matters. He has successfully challenged governmental remedial decisions and obtained contribution from PRPs at sites involving a variety of contaminants, including PFAS, dioxins, PCBs, VOCs, SVOCs, pesticides and metals.

He also regularly represents clients in commercial litigation, including class actions. He has significant experience in matters involving voluminous and sensitive data, including managing complex data matching exercises and related fact and expert discovery.

Alex also has litigated product liability and mass tort cases.
