Andrew M. Weiner

Andrew Weiner has more than 25 years of experience representing corporate policyholders in all manner of complex insurance coverage disputes.

He has represented policyholders in all phases of litigation and arbitration, including as trial counsel in jury and bench trials and as appellate counsel. Andrew’s insurance litigation experience extends to a wide variety of insurance coverage matters, including reps and warranties, professional liability, directors and officers liability, pharmaceutical and other products liability, aviation, first-party property damage and business interruption, cyber liability, fidelity and crime, environmental liabilities, employment liability and advertising injury.

Andrew also advises clients on how to manage and mitigate risk via insurance policy audits in connection with corporate transactions and policy renewals, as well as through contractual indemnities. His counsel in the area of managing risk extends to monitoring insurer involvement in the insured’s defense of underlying claims and securing insurer participation in efforts to resolve such claims.
