Biography

Erika Benning assists businesses and their owners in every phase of a company’s life cycle, including mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

She is a graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she served as Notes and Comments Editor for the Maryland Law Review and received the William P. Cunningham Award for exceptional service to the law school. While in law school, she served as a judicial intern for Maryland Supreme Court Justice Angela M. Eaves and was a student fellow for the Gibson-Banks Center for Race and the Law.

Erika was a 2025 summer associate at Miles & Stockbridge. She has professional working proficiency in Spanish.
