Over the last two decades, the American Bar Association Criminal Justice Section has successfully launched a series of institutes examining the evolving field of international white collar crime.

One of the main conferences in this series is the Global White Collar Crime Institute. To date, the Global Institute has occurred in Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Shanghai, São Paulo, Prague, Paris, and Buenos Aires and has included hundreds of practitioners, government officials, judges, and scholars as presenters and participants. During this one-and-a-half-day conference, participants hear from presenters, including Miles & Stockbridge's Ray D. McKenzie, and panels examining cutting edge issues in the field of international white collar crime.
