Holleran Consulting, LLC (also known as "Holleran") was founded in 1992 with a focus on the quality improvement movement. This interest led to the study and practice of customer engagement, satisfaction, and community engagement research. These concepts were introduced to not-for-profit senior living providers and community health organizations more than two decades ago.
