Biography

Michael Brennan represents developers, businesses and financial institutions in real estate, corporate, finance and other transactional matters.

Mike represents lenders and borrowers in asset-based lending and real estate financing; negotiating and documenting the purchase, sale and development of all types of real estate; drafting and reviewing commercial leases; and representing clients in property tax appeals, in connection with land trusts and conservancies, and in environmental matters.

In addition, Mike is Past Chairman of the Board of Habitat for Humanity of the Chesapeake and serves on the Miles & Stockbridge Foundation. Before joining Miles & Stockbridge, Mike worked as a partner with Venable in the areas of real estate, corporate and loan transactions.
