Jennifer Caggino

Jennifer Caggino assists clients in a variety of public finance transactions with an emphasis on the senior living, healthcare and education industries.

She serves as bond counsel to issuers in connection with tax-exempt and taxable bond financings and regularly works with lenders, issuers, underwriters, developers and trustees.

Jennifer also has experience providing counsel to corporate clients across a variety of industries including nonprofit, cannabis and technology. She assisted clients on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate formation and structuring matters. She also advised a variety of businesses with day-to-day general corporate needs and corporate governance.
