Biography
Julian Moradian represents mortgage lenders in a variety of commercial real estate financing transactions, with an emphasis on multifamily and healthcare project loans insured by the Federal Housing Administration.
His practice involves acquisition, refinancing and permanent financing loans utilizing a variety of different financing structures, including GNMA-backed securities loans.
Julian previously interned with the legal division of Freddie Mac.
