Assisted Startup with Patent Application, Trademark Filings
Miles & Stockbridge assisted a startup that created an innovative bedding system with preparing and filing a provision patent application, as well as advised the client on trademark application filings. The patent application was converted to a non-provisional utility patent application and was allowed by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
