Biography

Nikki Hoffpauir represents mortgage lenders in a variety of commercial real estate financing transactions under various governmental programs, with a particular focus in health care financings insured by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Her practice involves construction, acquisition, refinancing and permanent financing loans utilizing multiple types of financing structures.

Nikki was previously a tax consultant in the National Tax Department of Ernst & Young LLP, working primarily with retail and consumer product corporations in interactions with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Treasury Department. She also has substantial experience with tax-exempt bond financings and the maintenance of tax-exempt status for 501(c)(3) organizations.
