Biography

Phoebe Brannock assists clients with a variety of real estate matters, including transactions, zoning and land use, as well as environmental issues. She has extensive experience identifying and resolving title issues.

She began her career at Gentry Locke, where she handled commercial real estate transactions, zoning and land use matters and estate planning.

During law school, Phoebe served as a research assistant for the Appalachian Citizens Law Center and as a judicial intern for the Texas Second Court of Appeals. When not in the office, Phoebe enjoys time outside with her horse and her dog.
