Biography
Rand D. Weinberg primarily focuses on real estate law with an emphasis on planning and zoning, development, acquisitions and other transactions, contracts and financing.
He also represents individuals and business clients in general, corporate and commercial matters and the establishment of business entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, joint ventures and partnerships.
Rand has been in the private practice of law in Frederick County, Maryland since 1983. Prior to that, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Edward S. Northrop of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
