Rebecca A. Roberts

Rebecca Roberts represents clients in a variety of litigation matters.

She handles commercial, construction, corporate, real estate and construction disputes as well as product liability issues. She supports clients throughout all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, assisting with negotiations, and trying cases.

Rebecca serves as vice chair of the Young Lawyers Division of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, a member of the Richmond Bar Association and a board member of the ACLU of Virginia.

Prior to attending William & Mary Law School, Rebecca managed a community-owned food cooperative in Santa Barbara, California. She is fluent in French.
