Biography
Shiv Saini assists clients with finance and real estate matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and construction financing.
Before law school, Shiv worked as a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley, where he gained a deep understanding of financial instruments that now allows him to help clients identify risk and anticipate potential problems.
Shiv is a graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where he was a research assistant for Professor Daniel Goldberg, helping prepare a business planning seminar textbook.
